Great Entertainment Group is a multi-award-winning entertainment and live events producer based in Hong Kong.
As Community Content Manager, I spearheaded the end-to-end programming and execution of the AIA Carnival’s Henderson Land Community Arena and diverse Art Initiatives under the Community umbrella.

Live Stage Programming & Management
Co-curated a diverse seasonal lineup of over 450 acts across 70 consecutive days - encompassing music, dance, theatre, DJ, and live cultural performances.
Led the full talent lifecycle, from initial outreach to partner relationship management, and on the day execution.
Served as technical & AV liaison, ensuring seamless integration between performers and production crew.
Directed on-site Stage Management, maintaining strict schedules and high production standards in a fast-paced festival environment.

Art Initiatives & Creative Execution
Oversaw the "Concept-to-Execution" pipeline for large-scale digital, projection, and interactive art installations.
Co-curated a revolving community gallery, providing a platform for local artists and managing the physical logistics of each exhibition.
Collaborated internally to ensure art installations met safety, brand, and technical requirements.
